At its core, yoga is a mindset as much as a physical practice. It’s the recognition that there is no such thing as perfection. There is no finish line. It’s striving to be your best while also accepting where you are in the moment. It’s the realization that we have all that we need within us, if we can tap into our inner strength. It’s knowing that sometimes you need the inspiration and support of a community and the guidance of experienced teachers to develop the mind/body awareness which allows you to become the best, most authentic version of yourself.

Owner/Instructor: Jill De Lira-Nagelbach

All of my life experiences and career changes have combined to lead me here…proud owner of Yoga Vita! From decades working as a television and radio sports broadcaster to discovering my love for yoga as a teacher and manager overseeing multiple studios to a short career in sales to now…I’ve been fortunate to find passion and purpose throughout many phases of life. Sharing that passion with students is my greatest joy. I’m so grateful to be able to lead and walk hand in hand alongside so many wonderful teachers and mentors in this special setting. And I’m eternally and profoundly thankful for my incredibly generous and brilliant business partner and lifelong friend, Jennifer Nelsen Colao, for making this dream become a reality.

This space is for you…your body, your mind, and your life…Yoga Vita.
